Diamonds are characteristic of a Moroccan mosaic table. The mosaicists often combine the diamonds with the various ornamentsBut one thing is always the same: the glazed mosaic pieces are first hammered with a sharp-edged hammer made of handcrafted Zellige tiles Each table top is purely handcrafted and therefore absolutely unique.
Yellow is the color of the sun and light. The same bright yellow as these Zellige diamonds In the past, clay burners used a poisonous arsenic ore to achieve this. Since this has been discovered, harmless pigments have been used. This makes no difference in the color effect: yellow brings to mind lemons and beautiful fields of flowers. In combination with the terracotta mosaic tiles, a yellow mosaic table conjures up the summery south in your garden.
